Right to withdraw from the contract and return goods
" E.NEXT.COMPANY " EOOD provides its customers with the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline via our online form or by another unambiguous written statement.

Return of goods
After you notify us of your refusal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date of sending the notification.
The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The goods should be returned:
- without traces of use beyond what is necessary to establish its type, characteristics and functioning;
- in a complete set;
- with all fittings and accessories;
- with accompanying documents, if any.
Refund of paid amounts
After receiving and checking the returned goods, "E.NEXT.COMPANY" Ltd. will refund all amounts due without undue delay in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the consumer has explicitly requested another method and this does not result in additional costs for him.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for in Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, including:
- goods made to individual order;
- goods manufactured according to the individual requirements of the customer;
- goods with sealed packaging that has been broken after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to health protection or hygiene;
- other cases expressly provided for in the current legislation.
